Plan overview
Business Ultimate 200 Mbps provides 200 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload for eligible business properties. The customer can choose either a 12-month or 24-month contract directly from the same plan card.
The 12-month option is AED 629.40 per month for the first 3 months, then AED 1049 per month. The 24-month option is AED 569.40 per month for the first 3 months, then AED 949 per month. Prices are VAT exclusive, and a one-time AED 200 activation fee applies.
The plan includes 1 business line, 1 cordless phone, a basic router, unlimited national landline calls, 100 national mobile minutes and 100 international minutes to the applicable top 190 destinations.
Digital-business inclusions are 2 microsoft 365 licences valid for 1 year, one .ae domain registration for one year, 3 antivirus licences valid for 1 year, a managed firewall and a one-year e-Commerce Starter Kit subscription.
The customer may choose 1 included add-on selection from Access Point, Handset Voucher or a CCTV package containing two cameras. Selections may be repeated, so a three-selection plan may use all three selections for handset vouchers. Multiple handset vouchers may be combined toward one device, and each voucher is valid for 180 days after activation.

Eligibility
Available only to selected eligible business customers. Business Management must confirm customer eligibility, technical feasibility and Business Fibre availability at the exact service address.

Important terms
Choose either a 12-month or 24-month minimum term. The promotional monthly price applies for the first 3 months, after which the monthly price returns to the selected contract option's standard rate. One-time activation fee: AED 200. Relocation fee: AED 200.
During the first 90 days after service activation, no early-termination charge applies to the service monthly recurring charge; however, remaining payments or foreclosure charges related to included devices, included add-ons and other included services may still apply.
After 90 days, early termination is calculated as one full monthly recurring charge plus the remaining router value, remaining landline-handset value, remaining included-add-on value and remaining value of other included services, calculated across the selected contract term.
Microsoft 365 and antivirus licences are valid for one year and renew when the Ultimate contract is renewed. The included .ae domain registration is valid for one year. Domain hosting is optional and is not included.
