MBM assists with new Business Fibre, Business Wireless and company mobile enquiries and applications.
1. About these Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply when you contact MBM Al Sharq General Trading LLC ("MBM", "we", "us" or "our") in connection with a new UAE business telecom service enquiry or application.
By submitting an enquiry, communicating with MBM or asking MBM to assist with a new-service application, you acknowledge that the service process is subject to these terms together with any final application, contract, service terms, eligibility conditions or commercial confirmation issued or approved by du.
2. MBM's service scope
MBM assists UAE companies with sales enquiries and applications for new business services, including:
- Business Fibre;
- Business Wireless;
- Business Mobile;
- Business Infinite;
- related new business connectivity and company mobile requirements that MBM is authorised to assist with.
MBM may help a company understand available service directions, collect relevant enquiry details, support location or eligibility checks, discuss available plan information and assist with progressing a new-service application.
3. Relationship with du
MBM Al Sharq General Trading LLC is a du Authorised Channel Partner. MBM assists with the sales and application process for eligible new business services.
du determines or confirms final service availability, eligibility, applicable commercial terms, documentation requirements, application approval, activation and other service-specific conditions.
4. New business services only
MBM's public business-sales service is intended for new business-service enquiries and applications.
Existing-account matters such as account management, technical faults, billing disputes, existing-service complaints, service suspension, existing-contract changes or customer-care matters may need to be handled through the appropriate du customer-support channel.
Where MBM is able to assist with an additional new service for an existing company, that new-service request may still be handled as a sales enquiry, subject to eligibility and du confirmation.
5. An enquiry is not an approval or activation
Submitting a form, sending a WhatsApp message, selecting a plan, requesting an availability check or asking MBM to proceed does not by itself create a guaranteed service contract, reserve an offer, confirm installation or guarantee activation.
A service can proceed only after the required checks, documentation, approval and any other applicable process have been completed.
6. Service availability, coverage and technical feasibility
Availability depends on the specific service and, where relevant, the exact business premises. A service shown or discussed as potentially suitable for an area may still be unavailable at a specific building, shop, office, warehouse, facility or project location.
Fibre feasibility can depend on building infrastructure, network availability, access permissions and technical conditions. Wireless suitability can depend on coverage, location, network conditions, device placement and other technical factors.
Availability or coverage indications are not final until the required checks have been completed and confirmed.
7. Pricing, VAT and charges
Prices discussed or displayed may include recurring monthly charges, promotional prices, standard post-promotion prices or one-time charges. VAT treatment should be confirmed with the selected plan and final commercial confirmation.
Activation, installation, equipment or other one-time charges may apply depending on the service and plan.
Where there is a difference between preliminary information and the final approved commercial information for the application, the final confirmed information applies.
8. Offers, promotions and discounts
Any promotion, discount, free period, boosted speed, included benefit, reduced price or other offer mentioned by MBM is subject to final confirmation before application.
An offer shown or discussed may not be available in every area or for every business. Eligibility can depend on the exact service location, company eligibility, service type, contract, technical feasibility, timing, campaign conditions and other requirements.
Promotions may change, expire, be withdrawn or have limited availability. A company should not rely on a promotion until the applicable offer has been reconfirmed for that specific application.
9. Contract terms and commitments
Business services can be subject to minimum contract periods, service commitments and other contractual terms. The applicable contract duration should be reviewed before the application is accepted.
Promotional pricing may apply for only part of a longer contract. The standard price after the promotional period should be reviewed before proceeding.
Early termination, cancellation, relocation, plan change or other account actions after activation may be governed by the applicable du service contract and terms.
10. Equipment and devices
Routers, wireless devices, SIMs, handsets, accessories or other equipment can depend on the selected service, plan, stock, technical setup and applicable offer.
Product images or equipment descriptions may be illustrative unless a specific model is expressly confirmed for the application. Equivalent or alternative equipment may be supplied where permitted by the applicable service terms.
11. Installation and activation
Installation or activation may require access to the business premises, availability of the responsible company contact, technical work, device setup, building approval or coordination with other parties.
Installation and activation dates are estimates until formally scheduled and completed. Delays can occur because of technical, access, documentation, approval, network, building or other operational factors.
12. Business Fibre conditions
Business Fibre requires technical feasibility at the requested location. Fibre availability can vary between neighbouring buildings or units.
Any quoted or advertised speed refers to the applicable service plan. Actual user experience can also be affected by local network conditions, connected devices, Wi-Fi performance, internal network setup and other factors outside MBM's control.
13. Business Wireless conditions
Business Wireless suitability depends on the specific location and applicable network conditions. A plan cannot be guaranteed suitable solely because a nearby location has service.
Wireless performance can be affected by coverage, signal conditions, premises layout, device placement, hardware, network load and other technical factors.
14. Business Mobile and Business Infinite
Company mobile plans can differ by data allowance, speed, national minutes, international minutes, SMS, roaming or other plan-specific benefits.
Where a plan has national or international variants, the selected variant must be confirmed before activation.
Mobile network performance, 5G availability, roaming and other network-dependent services can vary by location, compatible device, network conditions and applicable plan.
15. Mobile numbers, porting and line setup
New business mobile numbers, number porting, migration or transfer requests are subject to the relevant account, ownership, eligibility, documentation and technical conditions.
MBM cannot guarantee that a specific number-transfer or migration request will be accepted until it has been checked and approved through the applicable process.
16. Accuracy of company and enquiry information
You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete information for the enquiry or application, including company name, contact details, service location, authorised representative details, mobile-line quantities and other required information.
Incorrect or incomplete information can delay or prevent an availability check, application, approval, installation or activation.
17. Business documents and authority
A new-service application may require valid company documentation and evidence that the person completing or approving the application is authorised to act for the company.
Document requirements can differ by service, business type and application. Additional documents or clarification may be requested before an application can proceed.
Submitting documents does not guarantee that an application will be approved.
18. Application review and approval
du may approve, reject, place on hold, request additional information, request corrected documents or require changes to an application, subject to its applicable processes and service conditions.
MBM cannot guarantee approval of an application or override du's final eligibility, commercial or service decision.
19. Estimated timelines
Any estimated response, installation, delivery or activation timeline is provided as an estimate unless expressly confirmed otherwise through the applicable service process.
Timing may be affected by availability checks, technical surveys, documentation, building access, stock, approval, network readiness, third-party coordination or other operational requirements.
20. Building access, permissions and third parties
Some installations may require landlord, building management, facility-management, access, cabling, site or other third-party approval.
The customer is responsible for arranging permissions or access that are under the customer's or premises operator's control unless otherwise agreed.
MBM is not responsible for delays or inability to install where required access or third-party permission is unavailable.
21. Electronic and WhatsApp communications
You agree that MBM may use the business contact information you provide to communicate about the active enquiry or application through WhatsApp, email or other reasonable electronic means used for that request.
Electronic messages may contain plan information, document requests, application updates or other service-related information. Formal service acceptance remains subject to any required contract, signature, verification or approval process.
22. Existing accounts and customer-care matters
MBM's service under these terms is focused on new business-service sales. Existing-account billing, technical support, complaints, service faults or other customer-care requests should be directed to the appropriate du support channel unless MBM specifically confirms that it can assist with a separate new-service requirement.
23. Intellectual property and trademarks
du names, logos, trademarks and brand assets belong to their respective rights holders and are used only in connection with MBM's authorised channel relationship and business-service activities as permitted.
MBM's own business name, original content, design elements and other proprietary materials may not be copied, misused or represented as belonging to another business without permission.
24. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MBM is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including network availability, technical feasibility, du approval decisions, building restrictions, third-party delays, service outages, customer-provided incorrect information or changes to offers after preliminary discussion.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
25. Privacy and personal information
Personal information provided during an enquiry or application is handled in accordance with MBM's Privacy Policy and applicable requirements.
Relevant information may need to be shared with du or service providers where necessary to check availability, confirm eligibility, process a new-service application or fulfil related operational requirements.
26. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and MBM's business-service activities are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the UAE, subject to any mandatory law, forum or dispute process that applies to the matter.
27. Changes to these Terms
MBM may update these terms to reflect changes in business processes, services, legal requirements or commercial practices. The effective date shown at the top identifies the current version.
An updated version applies to future enquiries from the date it is published, subject to any mandatory rights or contractual terms that already apply to an existing confirmed transaction.
28. Contact MBM
For questions about these terms or a new business-service enquiry, contact MBM through WhatsApp.
These terms are intended to set out MBM's sales and application conditions for new UAE business services. Final service terms, eligibility, commercial approval and activation remain subject to du and any applicable service-specific contract or conditions.
