MBM assists with enquiries and applications for new business services. We do not present ourselves as du Customer Care or as a channel for managing existing du accounts.
1. Who we are
MBM Al Sharq General Trading LLC ("MBM", "we", "us" or "our") is a UAE business that assists companies with enquiries and applications for new business connectivity and mobile services as a du Authorised Channel Partner.
For the personal information that MBM collects and controls for its own enquiry-handling, sales, security and administration purposes, MBM is responsible for explaining how that information is used. Where information is submitted to du for a new-service application or related eligibility and service checks, du may process that information under its own privacy practices and legal responsibilities.
2. Scope of this Privacy Policy
This policy applies to personal information received through MBM's business-service enquiry forms, availability forms, WhatsApp conversations, email communications and other direct interactions relating to new business services.
MBM currently assists with new business services only. Requests relating to management, technical support, billing or customer-care matters for an existing du account may need to be handled directly through the appropriate du channel.
Any plan, price, discount, promotion, speed, benefit, equipment, contract term or other offer information discussed with MBM remains subject to final confirmation. Some offers may not be available in every area or for every company, location or application.

Please provide only information that is relevant to the business-service enquiry or application.
4. How we collect information
We may receive personal information directly from you when you complete a form, contact MBM on WhatsApp, send an email, submit a service-availability request, respond to a sales follow-up or provide information for a new-service application.
Some technical information may also be generated automatically when you interact with our online services, for example security logs, page-request information, campaign attribution or cookie-based information where applicable.
5. How we use your information
We may use relevant information to:
- respond to your enquiry and identify the requested business service;
- understand your company, location, number of users or number of mobile lines;
- help identify potentially suitable Business Fibre, Wireless or mobile options;
- request or support availability and eligibility checks where required;
- prepare and progress a new-service application;
- contact you regarding the enquiry through the communication details you provided;
- send application-related confirmations, updates or requests for missing information;
- maintain records of enquiries, applications and sales follow-up;
- prevent spam, abuse, duplicate submissions, fraud or security incidents;
- measure enquiry sources and service demand where analytics or advertising measurement is enabled;
- meet legal, regulatory, accounting, dispute-resolution or compliance requirements.
6. Basis for processing
Depending on the circumstances and applicable UAE law, personal information may be processed based on your consent, steps you ask us to take in connection with a new-service enquiry or application, legal or regulatory requirements, the establishment or defence of legal rights, security needs, or other lawful grounds permitted by applicable law.
Where consent is the relevant basis, you may be able to withdraw that consent, subject to applicable law and any processing that is still permitted or required for another lawful reason.
7. WhatsApp communication
WhatsApp is MBM's primary direct-contact channel for business sales enquiries. If you contact MBM through WhatsApp, the information you send is also processed through WhatsApp and its associated service infrastructure under the provider's own terms and privacy practices.
Do not send unnecessary confidential or sensitive personal information through WhatsApp. Where documents are required for an application, send only the documents specifically requested for that business-service process.
You may ask MBM to stop non-essential sales follow-up messages. Messages that are necessary to respond to your active enquiry or application may still be sent where appropriate.
8. Email communication
If you provide a business email address, MBM may use it to respond to your enquiry, request missing information, send application-related information or provide records relevant to the requested new service.
Email delivery and storage may involve email-hosting and security providers. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information by email.
9. Sharing information with du
When necessary to progress a requested new business service, MBM may share relevant enquiry or application information with du for purposes such as:
- service-location and availability checking;
- eligibility assessment;
- plan, promotion or commercial confirmation;
- application processing;
- documentation review;
- installation, activation or service fulfilment;
- other steps reasonably connected with the new-service request.
MBM assists with the sales enquiry and application process. Final availability, eligibility, pricing, applicable offers, activation and other service confirmation are subject to du's review and approval.
10. Other service providers and recipients
We may use third parties that support legitimate business operations, such as hosting, email delivery, security, anti-spam, analytics, advertising measurement, form processing, communications, professional advisers or technical service providers.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law, legal process, a competent authority, or where reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, prevent fraud, investigate misuse or maintain security.
We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
11. Cookies, analytics and advertising measurement
Online services may use essential cookies or similar technologies required for basic functionality, security, session management and form protection.
Where enabled, analytics or advertising-measurement technologies may collect information such as page visits, campaign source, referral information, browser or device data and interaction events. This information may be used to understand service demand, measure advertising performance and improve enquiry handling.
Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we will rely on the relevant consent or preference controls made available for that purpose.
12. Security, anti-spam and abuse prevention
We may use technical and organisational measures intended to reduce spam, automated abuse, duplicate submissions, suspicious activity and unauthorised access. These measures may use information such as IP address, session data, submission timing, request patterns, device or browser information and security logs.
Security information is used for protecting MBM, our visitors, enquiry records and connected systems, and may be retained where reasonably necessary for investigation or prevention purposes.
13. How long we retain information
We aim to keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including enquiry follow-up, application processing, record keeping, security, dispute handling, legal obligations and legitimate business administration.
Retention periods can differ depending on whether the enquiry was incomplete, progressed to an application, was submitted to du, involved a dispute, or must be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
Information that is no longer required should be deleted, anonymised or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable requirements and reasonable operational procedures.
14. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
No internet, email, cloud or messaging system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should use reasonable care when sending company or personal information and avoid sharing information that has not been requested.
15. International processing and transfers
Some communications, hosting, email, security, analytics or technology providers may process information in countries outside the UAE. Where personal information is transferred or processed internationally, the handling of that information remains subject to applicable legal requirements and the safeguards or contractual arrangements relevant to the provider and processing activity.
16. Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable UAE law, applicable exceptions and the circumstances of the processing, you may have rights relating to your personal information. These may include requesting information about processing, asking for inaccurate information to be corrected, requesting deletion in applicable circumstances, requesting restriction of processing, objecting to certain processing, requesting data transfer where applicable and raising a complaint with the competent authority.
We may need to verify your identity and relationship to the relevant enquiry before acting on a privacy request. Some requests may be limited or refused where applicable law permits or requires this.
Use the MBM Contact page or WhatsApp and clearly state "Privacy Request". Include enough information for us to identify the relevant enquiry without sending unnecessary personal information.
17. Marketing and communication preferences
MBM may follow up on an active business-service enquiry using the contact information you provide. If you no longer want non-essential marketing or sales messages, you may ask us to stop those communications.
Stopping marketing messages does not necessarily prevent communications that are required to respond to an active request, progress an application, address a legal matter or provide information you specifically requested.
18. Business and application documents
During a new-service application, you may be asked for company or authorised-representative documents required for eligibility, verification or processing. MBM will request only the documents reasonably needed for the relevant application process.
Do not send documents before they are requested. Where application documents need to be provided to du, they may be shared for the relevant verification, approval and service-processing purposes.
19. Children's privacy
MBM's services are intended for business customers and authorised business representatives, not for children. We do not intentionally seek personal information from children for business-service enquiries.
20. Third-party services and links
Our communications or pages may link to third-party services, including WhatsApp, du or other service providers. Those third parties operate under their own terms, privacy policies and security practices. MBM is not responsible for the privacy practices of a third-party service that it does not control.
21. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this policy when our business processes, service providers, legal requirements or privacy practices change. The effective date shown at the top of the policy indicates the current version.
Material changes may be reflected by updating this page or by another reasonable notice where appropriate.
22. Contact MBM about privacy
For questions about this policy, correction of enquiry information, communication preferences or another privacy request, contact MBM and clearly identify the request as privacy-related.
This policy is intended to describe MBM's handling of personal information for its UAE business-service activities. It is subject to applicable law, including UAE data-protection requirements where applicable, and does not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
